The items in the toolbar are greyed out.

Does anyone know why?

Not sure why. All of the icons for posting stuff like that appear to be working normally. You might try logging out and logging back in and see if it changes for you after that.

I'm not aware of an app for this board. When I'm mobile, I just use a browser in Safari.
