Power Surges in Kingwood

Getting real irritated. My area keeps having power surges. Electricity off & on every 2-3 minutes. Starting to poss me off. Trying to report it & can’t get any help. Saying no outages in the area. Can’t get ahold of anyone to tell them what is going on. Centerpoint energy is worthless.
