Hi All,
I'm a Rutgers fan who is starting a podcast on boys' trips. I'm launching my first episode in a week or so and Austin is my first city.
I was at DKR for the LSU game a few years ago and I wanted to know if the pre-game tailgating is similar for most games. I'm guessing that major country bands aren't playing in the field by the North end zone for every game, but is that usually where a party is?
Also, there were vendors on the streets surrounding the stadium selling beer. Was that just for a huge game, or is that a regular thing? We were mainly drinking in that field listening to Midland. Is that usually the go-to or are there bars with close proximity to the stadium?
Last, it was impossible to get an Uber that day. The traffic was insane. Again, is this due to the game against LSU being so hyped or is traffic before and after the game always a huge issue?
Thanks everyone!
