Now that the spring portal window is closed I want you to predict the 12 playoff teams, but with a twist...
Rule No. 1
The only factor you can utilize in picking the 12 teams is number of super blue chip recruits and/or portal transfers that are considered a "super transfer" that a team has on their roster.
Rule No. 2
No more than 4 teams from any conference.
Rule No. 3
Obviously you must select one team from each of the power 4 conferences and one at large team even if they aren't in the Top 12 of Super Blue Chip numbers so just pick the highest super blue chip team from non Power 4 conferences and the Highest from the Big 12 and ACC if not in top 12 of Super Blue Chip numbers.
I want to see with those two parameters how accurate your bracket winds up being at the end. Then tell us who gets the byes based upon the 4 conference champions, and how it gets seeded (using Rule No. 1) down to the eventual winner.
