Not sure what was accomplished other than scores of dead civilians and propping up a dictator but whatever.
I know many on here like and admire the man for his statesmanship and leadership on a global scale so maybe there is something I am missing. What exactly was accomplished? It seems he narrowed his initial scope somewhat. When they first entered into Syria there was bold talk of getting rid of ISIS.
