I'm looking at buying some ranch land and I'm having doubts right now because I'm starting to think that maybe we have a Recession
soon and things will get price adjusted downward, but I would have thought this would have already happened by now but it hasn't.
I found this land that's nice and I'm close to pulling the trigger, but not 100% sure I shouldn't wait.
I'm looking for experienced Farm and Ranch guys opinions not the armchair QB's opinions.
Should I hold off or take the plunge because land is only going to keep going up?
