I have a parking pass in state garage q.
My buddy asked me if one week he could use it to set up a tailgate and we are targeting this weekend to try it out. I’ve seen tailgates going on in the state garages but curious if anyone has rookie mistakes/advice we should know about? Seems like a first come first serve in terms of location but wouldn’t be surprised if some type of permit is required?
Any help would be appreciated.
