So I get a call from someone that says they are with a court. They said I missed a CID
hearing and did not show up.
They asked me why I hadn't shown up, to which I replied, "Show up for what?"
They said I was served at my old house, which we sold last year. I probe them, and
they said it was for a CID hearing about some COVID pandemic loan. I did take out
a loan for $19K, which was later dismissed when they wrote them off.
They passed me to a supervisor, which was weird.....and then they asked me to come
to the courthouse TODAY, but they didn't say precisely where.
I gave them an email address because I told them I wanted to speak with my lawyer and
see proof of whatever they are claiming.
The whole thing is weird.
