Do any of you know whether someone can obtain trademark protection for 1 or more color schemes/arrangements for devices? If not, I'm thinking maybe copyright protection for the creativity? 1 of my clients has produced and sold a device that has different color schemes/arrangements along the body of the device. For example, a toy gun where the handle area is black, the body is white, and the nozzle area is red. Thanks for any assistance or input.
