Recs Needed -- Sonoma Hotels

We are heading to Sonoma in February to do some winery tours. We are going to have approximately 10 couples with us. Does anyone on the board have any insight into what hotels and area that would be reasonable to stay. Any thoughts on hotels and must go wineries would be greatly appreciated.
