Texas freshman receiver Reggie Hemphill-Mapps recently sustained a leg injury and is not expected to practice anytime soon. Scout's Chip Brown and Inside Texas originally reported Hemphill-Mapps' injury.

From what I have been told, Hemphill-Mapps currently has a knee sprain. He is not expected to miss the entire year. However, Hemphill-Mapps will miss an undetermined amount of time as he recovers. Nobody appears to be concerned about his long-term health.

Meanwhile, receiver Armanti Foreman rolled his ankle during his practice on Monday. However, Foreman's injury is not that bad, and the boot he is wearing is just a precautionary measure. He is not expected to miss a long period of time.
