Reverse Recruiter

So, I'm out of work and looking for a new opportunity and my lovely wife heard about something called a Reverse Recruiter. There appears to be some companies that do this. I found one - FindMyProfession.com and they charge $3k to $4K per month. Anybody used one for IT jobs? Any thoughts? Opinions?
