Rex Tillerson SoS?

Off the wall and outside of the box idea but the guy has the relationships all over the world. And he has a "big biz" mentality so he won't be as quick to draw the red line as the Obama admin. Plus he's a Texas Ex.

Thoughts? Be tough to confirm him but I'm not sure I don't like the idea.
