Wife and I are taking my son up to Rockford, Illinois for a Drum corp audition.
Was going to let the wife travel up there alone with him, but we noticed that Rockford has a high crime and poverty rate. That pretty much sealed me going up there.
Anything worth seeing there? Is Rockford a sh!tbag city or decent? Both of us have never been to the Chicago area.
