I've seen them in the past but it seems like it is growing. Young teenagers on scooters after 11pm. Like hundreds of them. When did this become a thing for young teenagers..??
I almost got smoked by one last night going back to the hotel after the Ministry show.
Streets were pack because Madonna, Astros and Ministry all got done at once and these people on scooters act like they own the sidewalks.
The one that almost hit..she had to weigh at least 200 plus and was with like 10 others.
