Iran Ransom Payment: President Obama Broke the Law by Sending Cash to Iran

It seems pretty clear that he broke various laws by sending terrorist-sponsoring Iran $400 mm. He held a press conference openly admitting he sent cash. Is that it? He can just break the law and fund our enemies?

I don't expect the media to focus on the legality of such a payment.
