I thought I would ask a different question than is typical here.
Do you eat three meals a day, or do you eat only when you feel hungry?
I ate a sausage biscuit early this morning, and do not feel hungry, so I probably will not eat another meal until tomorrow. I have had a few snacks, but do not feel like eating a lunch or dinner.
Sometimes I am more hungry, and do eat more, but only twice a day.
Does anyone here eat three times a day on a regular basis? Three more or less full meals? If you do, how do you do it and maintain your weight?
