This is the most exciting weekend with playoff implications since they started this playoff format 3 years ago.

First up is Auburn/GA. I don't like Auburn and i still think Gus Malzahn is overrated. But I want them to beat GA to avoid the possibility of two SEC teams making the playoffs.

ND/U. Don't look now but the Canes can jump in the top 4 with a win this Saturday. If ND runs the table the rest of the way then they deserve to be in the playoffs.

TCU/OK You know what i really think about this game? I think these two teams will play each other again in three weeks in the conference title game. I just hope that whoever wins this Saturday wins again in three weeks to insure that the Big XII has a team in the playoffs.

And can someone please explain to me why is tOSU a 16 point favorite over MSU? There are just too many people who just can't accept the fact that the little ten blows this year. And even if ND loses a game before the season ends they are not making the playoffs.

So who do you guys like?

I like Auburn to upset either UGA or Bama. I actually like Malzahn. Auburn is a tough job especially with Saban in your back yard. Even when Malzahn was an OC I’ve aleays felt he and Texas would match well.

Miami and ND. Is pretty much a play in game. The U isn’t blowing anyone out but they keep winning. I think they get it done. A UGA/Miami playoff game would be quite interesting.

Kenny Hill has looked like the bad Kenny Hill the last 2 weeks. If that's who shows up Saturday, OU in a blow out. I think Miami is a paper tiger - they win, but barely, every week - I'll take the Irish in a romp. And in the biggest game of the week - no way Herman lets the team forget about last year - UT covers the 31 point spread. 21 will come on D scores.

If TCU can stay patient and run the ball, I think their defense can contain ou just like we did in the rrs. Purely speculative, but we have a Texas Tech Air Raid match up in Cumbie and Riley. If Cumbie tries to outmatch Riley in a professional jealosy type combat, TCU will lose. If you give ou's offense that many cracks at the ball, Mayfield will shred Hill.

ND beats Miami

I agree with Cali on why tOSU is 16pt favorite over MSU

Georgia beats Auburn

You mentioned three scores by the d. If we could have come up with one against TCU who knows what could have happened. That double pass that TCU called on 4th down. I mean Chris Nelson almost got his mitts on that ball. Split second timing i guess. It's the second time this season our d couldn't cause a to. Damn

I’m calling OU and I’m calling OU big. Mayfield is on a mission.

At this point with Texas not in it I am for whatever causes the committee the most headaches. I want to see expansion of the playoff to either 6 or 8. I figure the only way we get that is a couple years of craziness.

TCU has Darius Anderson and he's a good rb. Kyle Hicks is another good rb the strength of their offense is their running game. Devonte Turpin is a very good special teams player maybe the best in the country. He took it to the house two weeks ago against ISU and came close to doing it against us. And wasn't he the one who threw that double pass that set up their first td ?

Their defense is ranked 6th in the country. In September they went up to Stillwater and slowed OSU down. Marcel Ateman was a non factor as James Washington only had one big play. Mason Rudolph's stats were misleading. A large part of it came after TCU took control. I'm impressed with their front 7 especially that San Antonio boy Ty Summers. Did you know he was a qb in high school? Imagine that a former qb playing lb. But the tv guys said that the TCU defense has three former qb's starting on defense. Imagine that. But then again they are ranked 6th in d. TCU is big time now and the rest of the country should take note of the interesting way Gary Patterson does things. I know he's s*****d but there's no denying the man is a great coach best in the Big XII now that Stoops is retired.

I give them a good chance. But then again maybe Belldozer is right. Maybe Mayfield is on a mission. Kenny Hill is not as good as Mayfield duh. But if he plays a solid game and makes some big plays that might be enough.

Nevertheless

OK 35
TCU 24
