Anyone want to guess the general theme of that tax plan?

A.) Would he be keeping taxes as they are now, with adequate revenue coming into the federal coffers to pay as much as possible for what our federal government spends?

B.) Would he be raising taxes to increase that revenue to help balance the budget even more?

C.) Would he be cutting taxes, thereby reducing funds going into the treasury and creating a higher deficit?

Any of you that answered C, you win the prize. And guess who benefits the most by Wild Hair's tax plan?

Although Trump's tax cuts will benefit most Americans, the top 0.1 percent of taxpayers will get the biggest piece of the tax cut pie. Americans making $3.7 million or more per year would see an average tax cut of $1.3 million under Trump's tax plan. Conversely, Americans in the bottom 20 percent of income would see an average tax cut of $128.

I guess Wild Hair is your typical republican after all.
