I have two tickets for seats with chairbacks and a parking pass for the UTSA game on 9/14/24.
The tickets are really good, especially for early season games, because they are in the lower level under the overhang, so we are NEVER in the sun (or the rain). I am attaching a photo to give you the view (that was an 11:00am kickoff, so shade was lower during pre-game, but by noon shade only starts around Row 65).
Here are the seats and parking pass info:
Section 7, Row 73, Seats 9 & 10
Brazos Parking Garage (right behind Jester, so short walk to stadium)
