Some Texas/Washington tidbits

Our seasons were similar we had a steak of 4 games that were less than 10 points.

Two years ago both teams had losing records and now they're in the playoffs.

Our Holiday bowl win over WA was one of my favorite victories in the Mack Brown era.

Mostly did you guys know the great Darrell Royal coached at Washington before he came to Texas?

Hey @clob94 did you ever meet Darrell Royal? He's probably looking down at Texas and thinking it's about time we made the playoffs.

Sarkisian's first HC job was at Washington.

One of the best hires Sarkisian made was hiring Pete Kwiatkowski away from Washington. He's his third year now and you can see how dramatically improved the players inherited are. Washington better have a game plan for T'Vondre Swett. Before coach K we always had at least one player out of position.

And the man has a phenomenal resume for players drafted in the first round. Washington, not LSU, is dbu.
