I'm confused. Maybe our lefties can explain why under Biden's DOJ:
Intentionally misgendering someone is a hate crime with criminal penalties and is being prosecuted.
Under the Face Act is it a crime to disrupt or interfere with someone trying to enter an abortion clinic with criminal penalties and is being prosecuted.
But -
Under the same Face Act disrupting or interfering with someone trying to enter a house of worship (including attacking a Jewish woman) is not being prosecuted.
