The court system is being watched.
After the arrest of the two guys in the murder of the 12 yr. old Jocelyn Nungaray in Houston. I also wonder if these guys are illegal??? Houston Mayor said the courts need to take in to consideration the flight risk as one of the factors for NO BAIL. Maybe we are getting people with some sense back in Political positions.
