Quick Update (5:30 p.m.) - I was just told by UT that Perrin popped in for the opening statement before heading to a meeting. In addition, was told, "Just supporting Charlie."

I am not sure what to make of this, but there is an interesting trend developing on Mondays.
Texas athletic director Mike Perrin attend Charlie Strong's weekly press conference for the second straight week. Perrin has never been a regular at Strong's press conferences on Monday, and most media members do not remember seeing Perrin here prior to last week.
Perrin listened to Strong's opening statement before he left. Prior to last week, Perrin attended the first 15 minutes of Strong's press conference before Texas faced Oklahoma on Saturday.
I have no clue what Perrin's presence means, but it is an interesting:
