Yeah let's get it out of the way early. Let's see how well Beard keeps his guys focused. This years team is supposed to be quicker and more athletic. Hope they play a faster pace too. We shall see.

I'm seeing number 12 as a ranking in the AP Poll. That's about right in my opinion.

Look out for UH this season. They are going to be really good. They've got a shot to win it all. Kelvin Sampson is a great basketball coach.

And 1....Sampson is the real deal when it comes to Men's CBB coaches. He's right up there in the top 5. OU should've kept him back in the day.

Texas has never really been a basketball school. However…we’ve never paid a basketball coach football level money. I don’t recall many times we’ve been preseason top 10 much less 2. Let’s see what the AP has to say but Beard seems to be building a program, quickly. Things are looking up. I think CDC has a gift.

We are 12th in the AP.

OU didn’t get rid of him. He left to go to Indiana That’s where all his problems started.
