I cannot think of a pre-Internet blunder, but I don't think the Internet is the only thing that has changed. I can remember when you couldn't talk about the salary you made. Those things were confidential and private, now it seems everything is free for public consumption.

Well we received our answer last night. It was all three, the coach, the AD, and the Pres. Just as it should have been, one face, one message. Perhaps just as the fan base should be? One face. Disagree out in the open is fine, but still one face supporting the program. Through all the adversity Coach Strong has prevailed. The man’s mettle is showing, now more than ever I support him. I don't think there is a number of wins next year for him to be retained. I'm willing to bet decisions have not been made by the AD or Admin. I'm sure they have by boosters and some fans which is their right. All we know for sure, is UT took a huge step forward last night, now let’s see which recruits jump on board.
