For clarity, I’m really not going for any political discussion or anything about the merits of current events.
My 14yo daughter is scheduled to attend several sleepover volleyball camps (beach and indoor) this summer at UT. The first one is June 1. With the current protests going on how concerned should I be? I really only know the big clickbait headline type coverage of these protests and don’t really know what things are actually like on campus. My assumption is this will blow over as classes end and kids leave, but I am definitely concerned about inserting a young teenager into a potentially dangerous situation.
Anyone have any insight or thoughts? I have reached out to the organizing groups but not really received any info.
