Texas or Tennessee if Texas loses to A&M. (8 seed or higher if ND/Penn St lose final game)
Texas if we lose SEC game. (6 seed)
Georgia if they lose SEC game. (8 seed or higher if ND/Penn St lose final game)
Tennessee if Georgia loses to Georgia tech and SEC game. (8 seed or higher if ND/Penn St lose final game)
Only way it doesn’t happen is if both Georgia and Tennessee lose their last regular season game and Georgia also loses SEC game.
I don’t see Indiana jumping an SEC team to take 8 seed (this would also give Big 10 three home playoff games).
ACC runner up will be below the 2nd highest rank SEC team.
Boise St or Big 12 champion will be 12th seed.
