1) It would’ve been nice to see Texas punch it in, go up 24-0 and really choke the aggies out. But, Quinn tossed them a bone and in the end, it worked out pretty well for Texas. It allowed Texas’s D, the star of the night, to win the game with the 4th down stuff at the 1 and another game ending QB fumble forced. Texas responded, once again, by out SECing an SEC opponent.
2) I thought it was an underrated storyline going in that PK was 3-0 against Klein while at Texas. I did not know Klein is actually 0-8 against Texas. Great hire, Aggs.
3) That was a TD by Arch. The heal was in. That was not targeting. The fact that any of this is brought up by aggie after getting doubled up on and choked out at home is embarrassing. Just stop.
4) Loved Sark getting the boys off the logo. There’s more to play for. Meanwhile, aggies pushing the lines with the speakers, playing undisciplined, dirty and emotional… It’s so ironic that aggie thinks we’re the bad guy. Last night, we outclassed aggie in every single way.
5) It was limited viewing from the recliner, but Texas looked loose and confident pregame, while aggie looked tense (especially Daniels and Reed). There’s a difference in believing and wanting to believe. Good job Sark and co for getting this team in the right mental and physical shape for this game.
6) Snake bit 3rd quarters. Wow. It didn’t have to be that close. It would be nice to use halftime to lock back in and not need a few mistakes to turn it back on. Should we be kneeling through the 3rd?
7) I don’t care what Georgia says all week. They want no part of this Texas team again. They are as low as aggie today. They would have bent aggie over and Baylored them.
8) Beat OU, Arky and aggie in a year. Not at all upset about going back to work tomorrow.
9) OU sucks.
