Unfortunately I have gotten Covid and can't attend the Sugar Bowl, which breaks my heart. The response on selling my tickets on Ticketmaster has been an absolute disaster. The Athletic Office were nothing but unhelpful. I would have expected better for a loyal Longhorn donor. Bevo Bot is a joke and the Athletic Staff could care less......terribly disappointing given that I am eating the hotel room and plane tickets.....should have had much better service. I love Del Conte, but this is beyond a disappointing.
