“Your present circumstances don’t determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start.” – Nido Qubein
We’ve talked about “being in the present” and not focusing on our past or future, but at times we can get stuck in our present circumstances. It is an almost certainty that we will face tough situations and during those times it can be very hard to see how we can escape them. Some of them we can’t escape, so we have to accept what has happened and try to process them.
I have clients who have experienced some of the most excruciating hard times and yet, took the necessary action steps to help get through them and carry on to have a good life.
If you feel stuck in a present tough situation, I encourage you to look for support that provides an action plan where you can start fresh to build a better future for you and those you care about.
