New habits
I’m going to start a new habit. When I face a challenge, I’m going to say out loud, I trust you Creator (In my view that’s Jesus), no matter the outcome.
I will try to remember who He is and how powerful He is, and how much He loves me. I believe if I am consistent with this habit, I will be reminded of His sovereign power, His knowing every detail about my life and what He wants for me. When I do this, the fear that can overtake me will lose its grip on me.
Whatever adverse circumstances come my way will become a growth opportunity. When good times come, I will be grateful, knowing it came from His hands. These different types of events will strengthen my relationship and dependence on Him.
It’s a new year, might as well try a new habit my friends.
Psalm 63:2, Isaiah 40:10-11, Psalm 139:7-10
