Vengeance Is Who’s?

Have you been wronged by someone? Thinking constantly about how to “get even”?

Oh I have been in situations where I really wanted to “take care” of someone who hurt me badly. One was a family member and another was a new business rival. I was shocked how creative I was with plans to get even. I wasted so many sleepless nights coming up with ways to take down those who hurt me and my business. Thankfully I resisted those plans and gave it to God. I am amazed how He worked it out for my benefit in the long run.

We are often tempted to respond to wrongs with anger and retaliation. However, Our Creator’s Word provides clear guidance on how to approach the topic of vengeance. The Bible teaches that vengeance belongs to God, and we are called to trust Him with justice.

It’s not just about letting God inflict revenge; we are also called to be good to our enemies, even pray for them to turn from their ways. Talk about a tall order right?

If we are patient and faithful with this advice, we will see His will done in our lives, knowing that He is always working on our behalf, even when we can’t see it my friends!
