Prayer doesn't just change things - it changes us. If we are diligent in seeking God, slowly and surely we become better people. - Joyce Meyer

Whether you believe in a “Higher Power” or not, I have found that when I pray I feel better connected to my Creator and to the people around me, especially if my prayers are not ME focused.

Our Creator wants us to seek Him with our whole being. He desires us to find Him and will orchestrate our lives so that we might find Him. When things go well in our lives, you can feel Him smiling upon you, when we face rough times, although we won’t know why, we can trust that His focus has not left us, but rather He has a purpose for allowing those times and we are still promised His presence during those times.

We are encouraged to seek Him in both good and bad times and promised He will watch over us all the time.
