Collaboration has no hierarchy.
Amit Ray

An old fable tells the story of a blind man who comes to a stop on a stretch of bad road. He hears another man speak, and asks if that man could lead him through this difficulty. But as it turns out, the other man is lame, and replies that he cannot help, "since I am scarce able to drag myself along, but since you appear to be very strong, if you will carry me, we will seek our fortunes together. Your feet shall be my feet, and my eyes your eyes." So the blind man takes his new lame companion on his back, and through this collaboration, they traveled on with confidence.

Or as Harry Truman put it, "It is amazing what you can accomplish if you don't care who gets the credit." The best leaders know this very well. They learn to put aside their egos, and enable others to grow and prosper in an environment that encourages healthy collaboration. What skills do we have that we can lend to others, and what help can we get from others if we don't let pride get in our way?

Blessings and Peace,
