…to do anything about gun violence. We’re just going to live with mass shootings. Even if the 2nd Amendment were modified or clarified, there are just so many millions of handguns and AR style rifles out there in the US, it won’t matter. Confiscation and pay-to-surrender programs wouldn’t have enough impact.
