I haven't seen a thread on the track championships. Yesterday was the first day for the men. The women start today. UT needs to have decent results to move past Stanford in the Director's Cup standings.
The UT men's 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams finished 4th and 7th, respectively in the prelims, and both qualified for the finals.
Our decathlete, Negebauer, did really well in the first 5 events, finishing first in 3 events, and 3rd and 6th in the other 2, so should be going for a gold today.
I don't think any of our other men placed very high in their events. I have no idea on the team standings thus far.
