Trump recently filed a motion in his DC classified documents case that he has complete presidential immunity and therefore the case doesn't apply to him. The judge ruled against him so naturally he appealed. Jack Smith hoodwinked him and made an emergency request to the Supreme Court to decide the issue.
You would think if Trump was really interested in getting a fair trial he would appreciate getting a definitive decision sooner. But nope...today he blasted Jack Smith for skipping the much longer path of having an appeals court make a decision...which would ultimately get appealed to the Supreme Court anyway.
