It is actually a very good first real speech on the subject. I think his discussion of how to negotiate is dead on. "You have to be willing to walk away from the table". In negotiation language that is called finding your BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement). It will be interesting to see him flesh out the details.
