Trump's Fox and Friends interview adds to Trump/Cohen legal jeopardy

Hours after his Fox and Friends interview, federal prosecutors referenced comments Trump made in that interview as well as Hannity's comments a week earlier in court filing. In obvious efforts to distance themselves from Cohen, both Trump and Hannity made public comments about how little work they did with Cohen.

Those comments are now being used in court by federal prosecutors that most of the communications recovered in Michael Cohen's office are not protected by attorney-client privilege since two of Cohen's clients have publicly stated that Cohen barely did any work for them.

It's nice to see how all the spin Trump and Hannity are doing to distance themselves from Cohen is going to end up hurting Trump more than helping him.
