After watching (off and on, all I could stand) of the last three days of the DNC there are two elephants in the room that nobody seems to be noticing.

1. Democrats are acting like Trump is the incumbent and Kamala the challenger. Dems on the one hand are acting like there are terrible things about the economy, the border, crime in the cities and other issues that need to be fixed and Kamala needs to be elected to fix them.
Question:
Where have they been for the past four years. If things are all that terrible why have they not addressed them for the past four years. Could it be that they actually caused them?

2. Out of the other side of their mouth they are acting like everything they have done has resulted in major improvement in the economy, the border, crime in the cities and other issues.
Question:
If things have been so wonderful for the past four years why doesn't their platform just say things are going great and they are going to continue with the same policies and not change a thing?

Which is it? It can't be both.
