It's nice that they will be done Mid-December. That way if there are coaches left on that staff that Herman is bringing over, they can get here, get established, and get ready to hit recruiting hard after the dead period.

My money is on either Orlando or major getting the head job. Not sure I see Les Miles or Kiffen taking that job. If they had gotten in the big 12 or if getting in a major conference was possible maybe. Maybe les just wants to coach though.

I bet Les would jump on it. He's not getting any younger, and there isn't anything more attractive that he's going to get at the moment.

Kiffen might not, but I bet he would too. I imagine a good number of ADs at more prestigious P5 programs will want to see some proof that he's matured into someone capable of leading a program before being the next to roll the dice on him.

Yeah. This is Lane's last shot whenever he gets it. He fails this time and he's Charlie Weis the rest of his career. Great OC not a HC

Kiffin's getting pushed out at Bama for whatever reason. They're not renewing his contract and Saban has Sark waiting in the background for OC there. I wouldn't be surprised to see Lane take that job.

I could see lane going back to the Pac 12 and taking the oregon job. The cincinatti job is sort of intriguing as well
