True, just the other day you said HRC was not under crimminal investigation by the FBI.
It seems she might be, the FBI say they have 147 agents dedicated to investigating HRC and her "damn emails."
In a separate case a federal judge has found her to not be forthcoming with turning over emails requested under the freedom of information act. So the judge will allow 5 of her top aides to be deposed in the civil case.

Robert E. Lee was never indicted by the Federal government but it sure seems likely HRC will be.
