I know this won’t apply to most here since yall have access to fiber and cable internet but I live out in the sticks and my options are limited. I’ve had my internet through a rural ISP and have been running DSL with dl speeds of 25mb and upload of 3mb for $120/month. Yea I know. Awful. Esp when we stream everything and have 2 kids and like to game online.
Ive been toying with the idea of Starlink as my pop has it and it works pretty well but shelling out $600+ for equipment and still paying $120/month ive held off. We have Verizon wireless and heard good things about their 5g Home internet and they offer a 30 day trial. Said F it and gave it a shot this past week And have been impressed for $65/month.
For those with shitty ISP options, check out Verizon 5G Home Plus esp if you already have Verizon wireless for a monthly discount.
