I know I'm going to get trashed for this but here it goes. I can see what Sark is building and I like it. I can see that he definitely has a vision and is building something special. If you can't see just how much this team has improved then you blind. We played a very good top 10 team last night without 3 of our top players, one being the best RB in the nation and still could have won.
Here are some other thoughts on the game:
* Execution - The dropped passes by JW on third down and the 2 by X were game changers. Also the bad pass by QE to X on 4th down shouldn't be forgotten. Brooks interception drop was a killer as well.
*My only criticism would be that I think Brooks should have been the featured back.
*QE played great and looked good in the pocket. His feet work was much improved. I'm expecting him to be great next year.
*Defense played great overall. We are missing a pass rush from the edge. I think we have some young guns/recruits that will develope into that.
Some of you need to stop acting like Aggie and Arkie fans and just trust what's being built. We are on an upward trajectory and the future is bright. Flame away!
