I should know better, but let's all try to take our partisan caps off for a second.
I'm looking at the voting results for Nevada and Arizona. Nevada is at about 83% and Arizona is at about 70% reported.
Is there any reason why it should take this long to get results? I'm not looking to blame one side or the other because I'm really not familiar with the procedures in these states. I would think both sides would prefer to get results more quickly, though. And there are both red and blue states that do. So what's the problem in these two states and others that are in the sub 90% range right now?
