6:10 p.m. update - It's done. Joseph Mbatchou has flipped his commitment to Florida just eight days after committing to Texas.

5 p.m. update - I mentioned earlier in the weekend that Florida wasn't giving up on Texas commitment Joseph Mbatchou and the Gators were trying to get him (and others) to campus today for one last visit before the dead period starts tonight.
From what I'm hearing today, there's a lot of smoke to this one. A lot. Texas might have to put out a fire and do it very quickly.
