Way OT: AC purchase and install in Austin

If you are an AC dealer on the City of Austin preferred list, I would appreciate a bid.

I need a 4 ton, AT LEAST 16 SEER, preferably a top rated brand.
We have 3 Central Air Units and the other two have been replaced.

I am getting ready to retire (semi) and since Mama has informed me that we WILL NOT be selling our house and moving to Lampasas, LLano, San Saba, Mason, El Dorado, Comfort, Johnson City, Kerrville or any other place where I would love to retire but where she cannot see the great grand-kids when she wants. I am re-doing the house for her.
