Longhorns (13-1) travel to Norman to exact some Big12 revenge against the Sooners (12-1) in the 1st ever SEC game for either team. The gooners addressed the biggest issue they’ve had for some time - mediocre post play - through the portal. Oregon State transfer, C/F Raegan Beers, chose OU (sux) for some reason. She was dominant in the PAC and has continued that level of play, leading the Sooners in points (17.9) and rebounds (9.7). G Peyton Verhulst is the outside counterbalance to Beers. She hits 39.5% of her 3-pt attempts and is 2nd on the team in points (13.5) as well as rebounds (5.8). Shay and Jordan cannot afford to lose track of her on the perimeter.

OU (sux) PG Nevaeh Tot thrived against a Harmon-less Texas squad last season but Rori took her cornbread and milk money every time they’ve faced each other. If that returns to the norm and the Horns aren’t completely screwed by the refs as they were in Norman last season, Texas should be able to come home with the win.
