Thursday 12 p.m. update - Texas TE commitment Major Tennison picked up an Alabama offer recently and he confirmed with me this morning that he will be taking a visit to Alabama beginning tomorrow.
As we reported in the War Room a couple weeks ago, Tennison remains committed but was planning to take some visits. Alabama is obviously a legitimate threat for the Longhorns now that the Crimson Tide has offered.
Tuesday 10 a.m. update - Top UT DB target Derrick Tucker has been offered by Alabama. I still like where UT sits here, but anytime Bama offers it's something worth watching.
Tuesday 9:30 a.m. update - Gotta love the ambition. Texas has offered the nation's No. 2-ranked prospect, Najee Harris. The five-star prospect out of Anitoch, CA, is an early Alabama commitment.
Go ahead and file this one in the extreme longshot category, but you can't win the fight if you don't step into the ring.

Sunday 8 p.m. update - The Longhorns extended an offer to to Baton Rouge Southern Lab DE/LB Chris Allen today. A four-star prospect and Rivals250 member, Allen listed a top two of LSU and Alabama at a Rivals camp this weekend.
